MEET THE WOMAN BEHIND THE LENS

Inspired by editorial fashion magazines, old Hollywood films and runway, I started my photography journey in 2010 as a young teen. Yes, I was the girl who’d make her friends wear crazy clothes and makeup and model for her everywhere she went. My camera never left my side. After experimenting with all forms of photography from film to digital to mixed media, I graduated with a BFA in photography in 2017 from TMU.

Finished with school, I knew exactly what I wanted to do for my future. Photograph people and make them feel powerful in front of the lens.

Cue my very chaotic career path. I went from working in sales and managing medical spas (hello free botox!), hair salons and makeup studios to eventually working in marketing and content creation. I’ve always had a knack for knowing what the people want and how to give it to them. As the social media sphere grew so did my talent and knowledge in marketing. After 5+ years in social media management, I found myself working in a corporate marketing job with no time to actually do what I was passionate about - photography.

Cue (again) my realization that while I did love managing these social media accounts, I actually wanted to run my own photography business and create stunning imagery for brands, business owners and people that just get the vibe.

Goodbye corporate marketing girl. Hello creative entrepreneur woman.

I decided I wanted to empower brands, businesses, content creators and creatives by providing something a little more fashion forward and editorial than your typical branding shoot. I’ve always thought it was so important to own your style and do something a little different than the rest.

Alongside my passion for editorial and brand photography, I started developing a passion for boudoir through exploring and tapping into my own femininity. I felt called to encourage women to also own their feminine power and sensuality through the lens. There’s no shame in being sexy and no shame in being sensual. Own it!

I absolutely love being a creative entrepreneur and seek to empower other business owners, brands, artists and influencers through photography.
